Our instructors

William Gundlach, III CFSP

is a subject matter expert in the area of

Food Safety instruction and has taught  thousands of hours of classroom material and to students from all backgrounds of the food service industry. 
 
He is currently certified or has been certified through the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, ServSafe, NEHA, and Prometric professional food safety testing programs and the “Food Safety First!” food handlers program.  He has developed and written curriculum on food safety and has published many articles over the years on the importance of food safety in magazines and newspapers.  Mr. Gundlach has been invited to and has participated with other SME‘s to write and develop test questions for National Food Safety Exams.  Also, he has trained instructors around the State of Florida for Safe Food Systems, Inc., all of whom are highly qualified to instruct food safety for our classes. 
 
Our instructors are highly educated most of whom have their Masters or Doctoral degrees in their fields of Health Science, Environmental and Nutritional studies.  We at Safe Food Systems are here to provide you the most up to date information in the field of food safety and to provide the most thorough instruction needed to pass the Certified Professional Food Managers exam. 
 
Our motto is, “Your Success is a Reflection of Our Success“.  We should add, not just some of the time, but all of the time!
